Rock Sound is towards the southern end of Eleuthera and is probably the largest community on the main island. It is certainly home to the largest grocery store, the largest hardware store and the most gas stations.
The new development between Rock Sound and Tarpum Bay and the upscale Cotton Bay community just to the south will certainly boost the expat population at this end of the island.
